Viewing Application Details

Opening an application

Click any application in your search results to open the full application detail page. This page contains all the information PlanningIndex has about the application, including the description, property details, council information, documents, and location map.

What you will find on the detail page

The application detail page is organised into several sections:

• Header: Application title, reference number, and status badge.
• Details: Address, received date, council, application type, decision, and ward.
• Description: The full planning application description as submitted.
• Location: An interactive map showing the property location.
• Documents: Links to planning documents, drawings, and supporting information.
• CRM Actions: Buttons to add the application to your leads or create a proposal.

Using the information

The detail page gives you everything you need to assess whether an application is worth pursuing. Read the description carefully — it tells you exactly what work is being proposed. Check the documents for site plans and drawings that give you more detail about the scope of work.

If the application is relevant to your trade, use the CRM actions at the bottom to add it to your leads or create a proposal directly from the application data.
