Tracking Proposal Status

Proposal statuses

Every proposal you send has a status that tells you where it is in the delivery process:

• Draft: The proposal has been created but not yet sent.
• Ready: The proposal has been reviewed and is ready to send.
• Sent: The proposal has been submitted for postal delivery.
• Processing: The proposal is being printed and prepared for posting.
• Mailed: The proposal has been posted and is in the postal system.
• Delivered: The proposal has been delivered to the property.
• Delivery issue: There was a problem with the delivery.
• Undeliverable: The proposal could not be delivered.

Where to find your proposals

All your proposals are listed in the Proposals section of your workspace. You can filter by status to see, for example, all proposals that have been mailed but not yet delivered, or all drafts that have not been sent.

Each proposal in the list shows the recipient, the lead it is connected to, the date created, the date sent, and the current status. Click any proposal to see more details, including tracking information for posted proposals.
