The live preview
As you fill in the proposal builder, the live preview on the right side of the screen updates in real time. The preview shows exactly how your proposal will look when printed and posted — including your company letterhead, the recipient address, the scope of works table, the total price, and the signature area.
What to check in the preview
Before sending your proposal, review the preview carefully:
- Check the recipient name and address are correct.
- Verify the planning reference matches the application.
- Review the scope of works for accuracy and completeness.
- Check the pricing and total are correct.
- Ensure your company information and logo appear correctly.
- Read through the introduction and terms for any errors.
Once you send a proposal by post, you cannot recall it. Always review the preview carefully before sending.
