Understanding Plans and Coverage

Plan overview

PlanningIndex plans are based on two factors: the number of councils you can search and the number of team members you can add. All plans include the full PlanningIndex feature set — the difference is coverage and team size.

• Local: 1 council, 1 team member. Best for solo tradespeople covering a single area.
• Regional: Up to 10 councils, 3 team members. Best for growing businesses.
• National: All councils, 10 team members. Best for established companies.
• Enterprise: All councils, unlimited team members. For large organisations.

Council coverage

Your plan determines how many councils you can search. On the Local plan, you choose one council. On the Regional plan, you choose up to 10 councils. On the National and Enterprise plans, you have access to all councils across the UK.

You can change your selected councils at any time from Settings > Billing. If you need to search a council that is not in your current plan, you will need to upgrade.
