Changing your password

Go to Settings > Security to change your password. Enter your current password and your new password, then click "Update Password." Choose a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Keeping your account secure

Your PlanningIndex account contains your business data — leads, proposals, and customer information. Keep it secure by using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with anyone.

If you have team members, each person should have their own account with their own login. Do not share a single account between multiple users.
