Notification types
PlanningIndex can send you email notifications for several types of activity:
- New applications matching your saved searches.
- Status changes on applications in your leads.
- Proposal delivery updates.
- Follow-up reminders.
- Team activity (if you have team members).
Configuring notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications to choose which notifications you want to receive. You can turn each notification type on or off independently. You can also choose to receive a daily or weekly digest email summarising all activity, rather than individual emails for each event.
We recommend keeping new application notifications on so you never miss an opportunity. You can always adjust other notifications based on your preferences.
